Today, I'm sharing my conversation with Rachel Sykes, a psychotherapist who works with stressed out professional women. Rachel works with women who feel undervalued at work and overly responsible at home and she helps then regain their enthusiasm for life.
Rachel is the therapist and best friend we all need! She has such a nuanced understanding of all the unique stressors professional women are dealing with – when they feel like they are juggling it all. Through her thoughtful and straightforward approach, she helps her clients though many of the common issues we all face – including confidence, work-life balance and coping with the pressures or guild that come from professional success.
Find more from Rachel:
- At her website - where you can find more info on her coaching, check out her blogs
- LinkedIn - sign up for her newsletter as well.
Rachel is now also licensed to practice both in New Hampshire, as well as MA, so if you’re in the area and want to connect more with her, definitely reach out!
